I "build" small iPhone apps in my spare time. Each one scratches an itch I had myself, does a single job properly, and keeps your data on your device. I put "build" in quotes because I see myself as a product manager planning and testing the code that is primarily created by AI tools.

Each session you decide whether to deload, maintain, or progress; NextLift records the call and shows you how to load the bar for it. It's a log, not a coach.
